Psychotherapy, Relationship Counselling, Supervision in Mill Hill and Ealing

WELCOME to my website!

As an experienced and fully qualified UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Transactional Analyst I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples in a confidential, non-judgemental environment. We will work collaboratively for an agreed period of time to explore what you are struggling with and identify ways in which you can enhance your life. With couples, we will aim to identify the underlying issues affecting the dynamic between you and explore how to increase intimacy and resourcefulness within your relationship.

Depending on your expectations and presenting issue, I will draw on a variety of approaches to achieving personal change and growth from short-term solution focused counselling to in-depth longer term psychotherapy.

In addition to therapy, I offer individual and/or group supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists using humanistic orientations who are qualified or in training.

Having lived in different countries throughout my life, I am sensitive to cultural and religious difference and issues relating to change and adjustment. I am deeply committed to an ethical and non-discriminatory practice with my clients and abide by the principles and ethics of both the UKCP and BACP.

My private practice is based in Mill Hill, North West London and in Ealing, West London. Both locations are easy to reach by public transport. My opening hours are 8am - 9pm weekdays and some Saturday mornings.
