Due to the requirement for social distancing, I am offering online therapy using internet platforms such as Zoom. For new clients, I am happy to provide telephone or online assessments
Our First Consultation
If you are interested in exploring your options, I offer an initial telephone or video consultation free of charge, to discuss how therapy might work and the possibility of us work together. If you wish to continue with therapy, we will then to explore in more depth what is troubling you in the present, your past experiences and clarify your expectations and therapy goals. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions about the therapy process and my approach.

DORSET based in Lilliput, Poole within easy reach from Bournemouth and surrounding areas. Click here for a map
Individual therapy: ££80 (50 minutes)
Supervision: £75 (50 minutes)
EMDR: £80-£90 (60 minutes)
My fee structure is reviewed annually in September.
